I was born in Istanbul in 1974. I completed my primary school education at Bakırköy Mustafa Necati Primary School, and my secondary and high school education at Nişantaşı Anatolian High School. I graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and received my medical doctorate. The same year, I started my specialist training at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. During my specialist training, I worked in various hospitals in England. After completing my specialist training in 2003, I worked in state and private hospitals. During my education and subsequent work life, I conducted various scientific studies and have articles published in local and international journals and presentations at congresses. My hobbies are music, especially percussion, dancing and traveling. My main interests are plastic surgery, medical aesthetics and wound care.
